"The first two word that come to mind: Absolutely terrific. I say again, and I told Dr. Vachon, this has far exceeded my expectations, and it starts from the minute you walk in and how you're greeted here. Everybody is just so pleasant, and it's very nice to see smiles on everybody's faces. It really starts with the receptionist, then the first person after that who was (the medical assistant) Maria, and she was basically with me all day. She is incredible. Just fabulous. She makes you feel so comfortable she is a massive asset for this program, and walking you through stuff. I am in awe of how much we got accomplished today. It blows me away. Having your suite here. Everything is so professional. It's just phenomenal. I wouldn't, I can't make any recommendations on how to make it better. I don't know what I would say...The things that make the difference are the suite and somebody walking you through everything, and getting the results back that day, and everybody is again, so professional and so polite. What I love is people ask, "How can I help?" That just means a lot. It's been a phenomenal experience. I guess you never want to take a physical and do all of this every day of the week, but this is something I could do every day of the week. Dr. Vachon was incredible. He was just terrific; incredibly helpful. Jason, the exercise physiologist, is phenomenal. I could listen to him for days. Gretchen, the nutritionist, was awesome. Again, the politeness of everybody. It's very obvious to me that everybody that I was with today loved doing what they were doing. And you don't see that very often. If there is a better program, I would like to see it because I don't think there is a better one."
